Brasstown Bald Original Acrylic Painting
A hike up to Brasstown Bald is a short but vigorous trek, and is well worth seeing the mountains from the highest point in Georgia once you reach the top! More than any other view, I think this one reminds me of why we call our mountains the "Blue Ridge Mountains." This panoramic view of layers and layers of blue rolling mountains is just breathtaking!
After hiking and photographing in each location, I created the "Georgia Nature and Trails" series. This series of paintings depicts some of my favorite Georgia hiking spots including Sweetwater Creek, Arabia Mountain, and the Chattahoochee National Forest.
