Because the nature of our artist market requires us to pay artists promptly for their work once it is sold, we are unable to give refunds. But we do want you to be happy with your purchase, so we will be happy to accept returns for exchange or store credit within 7 days. Returned items must be postmarked within 7 days of their delivery to you.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items that have been damaged cannot be returned. If you believe damage occurred in transit, please take pictures of the work and the box/packaging it arrived in and contact us to submit a claim with the carrier.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed or emailed to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service and including shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
